Approval Add-On Overview

Approval Addon is a fully integrated Microsoft CRM Addon module that allows you to manage approval of any CRM record electronically (e.g. Quote approval). It supports multi-approvers and multi-levels approval process (up to 3 approvers by 3 levels) and sends email notifications to individuals involved.

It allows you to specify different sets of approvers per Approval Template and you can assign which template should be used based on certain criteria. It also includes auto calculation of due dates and approval duration.

With Approval AddOn plus the power of Microsoft CRM Workflow, you can create powerful Approval flow based on user defined processes and rules.
