Approval Add-On Overview

With 3P Solutions Survey AddOn, customer can easily create survey template and then have customer invited for the survey via email. Leveraging on Microsoft CRM workflows, customer can be emailed with a survey URL link. By clicking on the link, the customer will be brought to the online survey to fill in. And when the customer completes the survey, the survey response is automatically tracked into the System. This provides customer the 360 degree view of past interactions (including survey) of a customer.

Ability to change properties of in-progress Approvals such as changing an approver.
