Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is driving new levels of productivity to sales, service and marketing organizations for customers in Singapore.

This cloud service of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 release delivers familiar, intelligent and connected experiences, which attracts customers in this city and elsewhere.

Adrian Johnston, general manager, Microsoft Dynamics in Asia noted that businesses in Asia are currently re-evaluating their CRM systems and placing greater emphasis on their CRM systems so as get the best ROI from their IT investment.

By fully embracing the cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online provides a complete suite of powerful marketing, sales and service capabilities. Johnston added that all this is delivered with a familiar and consistent user experience.

Customer wins

Logicalis, a division of Datatec Limited (DTC) is one satisfied customer of this solution. The company’s vice-president Unified Communications Group, Julian Corden said that a multi-national company such as Logicalis required a CRM system that is easily accessible anytime, anywhere.

Corden said that this requirement was completely addressed by Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Logicalis is now very excited about getting to access its CRM system via Microsoft Outlook which provides its users a natural experience.

The solution from Microsoft also has the capability to tightly and seamlessly integrate with each other greatly and this results in enhanced productivity.

Another happy customer is Lawry’s Prime Rib, which picked Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online because it addressed its business requirements.

The company is offering the solution at a promotional price of US$34 per user, per month for the first 12 months of service. However, this offer is available only to qualified global customers that sign up by June 30, 2011.
