     PROJECT MANAGER 

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day project management activities, including project schedule, resource management & coordination and deliverables
• Drive meetings with customers and internal team members
• Manage customer’s expectation and able to take corrective actions for any project deviations
• Ensure project is on time, on budget and meet customer’s expectation

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in applications like ERP, CRM.
• Resourceful, disciplined and strong interpersonal skills in managing both customers and internal team members
• Ability to control project scope and manage change order request
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ideally PMP certified

      SOLUTION ARCHITECT 

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer's business requirements and objectives to provide a workable solution for the application being implemented
• Design viable solution which bridge the gap between business requirements and system configuration
• Perform configuration works to meet customer required processes
• Provide inputs to the technical/development team to customize the application to meet the customer's business needs
• Assist in audit on overall solution design  

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in implementing one or more of ERP or CRM applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, etc.
• Strong business processes domain knowledge
• Good communication skill is mandatory
• A team player

      APPLICATION CONSULTANT 

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer's business requirements and objectives to provide a workable solution for the application being implemented
• Perform configuration works to meet customer work flows
• Provide inputs to the technical/development team to customize the application to meet the customer's business needs.
• Assist the customers to cut over into the new application

 Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in implementing one or more of ERP or CRM applications such as AccPac, SAP B1, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, etc.
• Good communication skill is mandatory
• A team player

      DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (.NET DEVELOPER)

 Responsibilities

• Design and customize programs based on the clients’ business requirements
• Work with the application consultants to structure the business requirements
• Provide application and product support 

Requirements

• At least 3 years hands on experience in developing in C#/VB.Net and ASP.NET
• Experience in HTML/JavaScript/MS SQL
• Experience in Web Services will be advantageous
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Team player
