Mr. Teo's exceptional skills in strategic leadership combined with strong ability to execute and deliver positive results has since grown the firm to become one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner in Singapore today. Mr. Teo has over 19 years of industry experience in Information and Technology Solutions. Formerly the Regional Product Solutions Marketing Manager for Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd., he was responsible for the over-all product line management for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP across Southeast Asia Region. Having been associated with SAP Asia Pte Ltd for eight years as Solutions Manager (Asia Pacific) & Channel Manager (Singapore), he was instrumental in the launching of SAP B1 in SEA. Graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Computer & Information Science from the National University of  Singapore, he likewise holds a Masters degree in Logistics Management from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. 

Jasie Fon, Director of Marketing & Sales

Ms. Fon lead and manages the sales and marketing team in driving the leads, opportunities and customer management.She has more than 17 years of industry experience in the Information Technology arena both in Singapore and Asia Pacific Region. Prior to her current post, Ms. Fon held various positions in Microsoft and with her position as Solutions Sales Manager for Microsoft Singapore, she had deep insight across Enterprise marketing, partner & IT services functions wherein she drove sales revenue for Microsoft Dynamics Products. Having been affiliated with reputable companies like IBM, Lawson for several years she gained exceptional skills in the areas of Consultative Selling and Sales Management, Ms. Fon significantly contributes in driving the company’s Sales Excellence. She holds a Bachelor in Business Studies Degree from the University of Bradford,U.K

CK Heng, Director

Mr. CK Heng has more than 19 years of industry experience, including management and implementation of complex projects such as Sony Electronics Asia Pacific across the region, Panasonic Asia Pacific, National Health Group.Prior to 3P Solutions, Mr. Heng has spent the last few years working closely with different IT companies as Technical Service Manager, Service Director, Project Manager and Centre Manager.  He was deeply involved in developing customized applications with Microsoft .Net for manufacturing and healthcare industry. He was likewise a proponent of the full SDLC process - developing and implementing customized solutions for retail, healthcare and shipping industries. Mr. Heng holds a bachelor of Computer & Information Science degree from the National University of Singapore, and is a member of the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute (PMI-Pennsylvania).
